We chose climate controlled and we are happy about that choice. We setup the mobile app right there in the store and tested it so we feel really confident about the next few months of storage.
- COCindy OnstadOct 22, 20251.0STAY AWAY!!!!! The manager PJ is rude, inconsiderate and does not care about customer service and neither does this company. Do NOT rent a storage here. My first day of getting the keys and unloading my truck was yesterday 10/21/25 and it was terrible. Manager will call and yell at you for parking in the wrong spot instead of politely reminding you of what the rules are. Drives a golf cart around the storage area like a crazy person. I called and complained about my experience. NO follow up yet and I expressed my concerns about my personal belongings being safe. I might need a police escort next time I go there. That is how bad it is.
