  I was given a very reasonable window and the team came in the middle of that window ...so there was not a long wait. I had two fireplaces done. The work was done in a quiet, respectful way and was completed quickly. I was given a card to call with questions and I did have a question. The team came back and took the trouble to climb up on my roof to reassure that there was no issue up there. After that, the issue of a slight bit of clicking sound completely resolved itself on its own. I was totally satisfied with the service.

  We had Hal come out and provide us the quote. He gave us a couple options and talked through the pros and cons of both. Victor did the work and he did a fantastic job out in the cold!
