- JHJinx Howell2 days ago5.0Hal came out and addressed two concerns I had about my chimney, which were ice pillars and the chimney cap. In the course of his inspection he found a safety issue that needs to be addressed. We are on the schedule now for the repair. Hal is a knowledgeable young man - he showed us pictures of the issue, informed us about why ice pillars form, and showed us what was RIGHT, too. We really enjoyed visiting with him. I would definately recommend him to inspect neighbors' chimneys, should anyone ask for a reference.
