We didn't want to use the water dispenser so the delivery person fixed it so it could be used that way. We'll, they had to come out twice to fix the dispensing problem twice and also a third time. To this day it still is not right, of course the warranty is no more, but after the third time it should have been replaced! Now it leeks on my floor at least once a week and I can't afford to fix it. Will never buy any appliances from Lowe's again because they did not do the right thing !

The measurements are wrong. No one seems to care. I went to purchase a 6 1/2” metal cutting blade for my circular saw and was struggling to find it for awhile. I approached customer service for help, and they said they’d send someone to assist me in the blade section, which I appreciated. However, the employee who arrived was unfriendly and unapproachable. He didn’t greet me or offer assistance, so I had to initiate the conversation. When I asked about the blade, his response was curt, telling me I’d need to order it online without offering further help or checking availability. This lackluster service left me highly frustrated, as I expected better support from a store I’ve worked with so frequently. I’ll have to take this experience into consideration for future purchases and hope Lowe’s improves their staff training for a more welcoming and helpful experience.
