  Awesome kind people! Eric in the mattress department and the lady in the bed frame department (forgot her name) were super helpful and showed me plenty of options to suit my needs. Ended up getting a purple mattress(king) and a hard wood frame with headboard and drawers. Cant wait to pick it up!

  Furniture was good quality and attractive. Sales staff was very good and so was delivery. Service after the sale was not. We had an issue with the chair we ordered that was a serious problem for the owner. Started working with getting a solution in November and the issue didn't get corrected until February. Disappointed especially after paying for a customer care package. .

  Virginia was so much help. We were their 3 different times, she was available to help us every time. She let us browse without her hovering, answered questions. We finally made a purchase. We were disappointed we have to wait for our purchase, thought maybe there was a warehouse near by but understand that isn't the case... same as it is with other places. That would be alot of inventory.

  Bonnie was absolutely amazing! I’ve been in a lot of furniture stores and sometimes it’s overwhelming and a pushy sales person can make or break your experience. Bonnie gave me the attention and the space I needed to browse without me even having to ask. When I found something I wasn’t even looking for but had to have, she was so easy to find and made the whole process even easier. My new recliner is going to be delivered tomorrow and I am so excited and thankful to her for making my experience at HOM furniture a great one that I will remember everytime I’m relaxing in my chair.

  My wife and I were looking for some furniture and had visited a few furniture stores, including one earlier that day. The moment we walked into HOM Furniture and were greeted by Charles, we knew we were having a very different experience. Rather than a typical salesperson, Charles was more like bumping into your favorite neighbor. My wife and I explained what we were looking for and Charles led us to the appropriate section of the store. He indicated the several choices available, but said that he would like to start with the unit he felt best matched our stated desires. After explaining all the features of that particular unit, Charles did something very unusual. He told us where we could find him and then left us alone, free to browse all the available options. As it turns out, Charles' instincts were spot on. The unit he showed us is the one that we chose. We made the purchase on a Saturday and required delivery. Charles asked how Wednesday worked for us. "Which Wednesday", I asked? It was the coming Wednesday. You can't hardly get a pizza delivered that fast! Wednesday arrived and the delivery truck appeared exactly as promised. Two extremely polite and obviously experienced young men made the delivery. The delivery, unwrap and assembly required only about ten minutes. I could hardly believe it! And, even though I told them it was not necessary, they insisted on slipping off their shoes (while holding furniture) prior to entering our home. We will require some accessories to go with our new furniture. To be sure, we will be returning to visit with Charles and shop at HOM Furniture.
