They are way better than any other place I’ve dealt with, especially when it comes to storage. They’re upfront and honest about pricing which is a really big deal. I previously had rented at public storage where they lied about pricing and increased rent every few months. I got used to having bad experiences there. When I moved my stuff to Stephen’s Storage it took a lot of my stress away because I soon learned that I had found somewhere where I didn’t have to always look for the fine print or feel like I was being tricked. It’s not a fancy place but it gets the job done at a fair price. I recommend Stephen’s Storage all of the time to family, friends, anyone I know, and even strangers on social media who are looking for somewhere to store something or to rent a U-haul. They’re a small business that actually cares about their customers, not like others that try to get as much money as possible and don’t care if they get repeat business. I’ve been doing business there for over a year now and I’m always happy with them.

They don’t even provide the code for the gate yet they say they are 24hrs. The place is also very dark and no instructions given for after hours equipment drop off.
