They have excellent customer service and are quick to respond. I was notified of the price up front and there were no surprises. I was able to schedule a pick up and drop off and the guys who do it are also very communicative and friendly. I 10/10 would recommend!

They came and got the rug and two weeks later it came back looking new and the smell was gone. Very happy with them! Hope I don’t have to use them again, but I definitely will should the need arise.
