  Had asked for a call before arriving to pick up/drop off and did not get one. Also asked for a call with the price before cleaning and also did not get one. I don’t understand the expense…I understand it’s a different state, but same cleaning will be done in Ohio for less than $300 next time.

  I love having them in St Paul although their service is the same! Excellent! The pickup and delivery price is reasonable and the staff are friendly and professional. I’ve been using them for decades and the rug always comes back looking better than ever!!!

  I have been using American Rug Laundry for years at my home and business. They are fantastic. My rugs take a lot of abuse from the 4legged kids and the humans too. Some of my rugs are close to 100 years old and they look great thanks to the excellent cleaning they get. I highly recommend them.

  American Rug Laundry did a great job cleaning our rugs. We “live” in our hose, have dogs and our rugs get dirty paw-print traffic. They did a great job and really took care of us even packaging the rugs for an upcoming move. Great team here!

  EXCELLENT experience. Clear communication from the first call, folks were prompt in picking up and dropping off the rug, seriously that service was so welcome. My hand tied Moroccan rug hasn’t looked this good since I bought it five years ago and I would happily work with American Rug Laundry again.
