  I’ve purchased furniture from room and board before and have always been impressed, but this was the first time I visited the showroom. Johna helped my mom and I find the right furniture for a living room reset and was so kind, helpful and overall just lovely to work with. When you’re making a big furniture decision, you want someone like Johna in your corner. Will be visiting next time I’m looking for a new piece! :-)

  Bought a sectional in November and still haven't received it. Last updated for end of March. So if your looking to spend top dollars on something that won't show up for a half year this is the place for you.

  We have had amazing service with Room and Board and their quality is top notch. We will only order their products for our resort in Northern MN. The delivery group is always friendly and on time. If something has a scratch or is damaged they reach out before it arrives and make plans for replacement of the item without us needing to say anything. We love working with them and our guests love their furniture! THANK YOU

  I’m so disappointed! I ordered new bedroom furniture and of course had to wait patiently for it to be assembled and to get on the delivery calendar. One of the delivery guys said he didn’t feel comfortable bringing the dresser up because of snow on stoop and path. The steps were cleared and everything else was very packed down. He said, “unless you can shovel this in 30 seconds you will have to reschedule.” What a rude thing to say! Then he showed me how his shoe slipped on some snow. When they brought the chair up I looked at his shoes and was so irritated. I took pictures - see below. He is running around in Sketchers with no tread!? You would think Room And Board would require better shoes for delivery employees especially in the winter?! I mean that guy is going to slip on anything! So now I am sure that at some point after the holidays I will get back on their calendar. Please advise your delivery folks to wear appropriate footwear.
