I came in 30 min before close (sorry, work) but he still gave his 200% to educate me on things I didn't know about, answer all my questions, and answer them three times again because I'm still too dumb to understand recliners. Still evaluating the $2000 recliner I bought but Conner's service was great and would come back again once it's time to replace my main sofa!

They match the chairs very well, however the set is a three piece set with all being the same size. The head cover could be a bit longer to stay on better. They are one size fits all, so really are not as well suited for one of the chairs.

Store Manager not available. Disconnect between transportation company, La-Z-Boy store, and La-Z-Boy warehouse. Bad experience. and I blame the District Manager. Canceled order for $ back even after concession.
