  Our service today the technician did not even treat around whole house and then proceeded to lie and say he did. I was watching and see no footprints in the snow. For $150 a quarter this quality is unacceptable. I will be looking elsewhere for service.

  They are manipulative, giving us this "deal" which I believe was like half off or something since we said we didnt have money for it, but misrepresented what it would entail and then gave us this whole script when we tried to cancel. We have paid them over $100 a month for 8 months and they've only been out here 4 times? We were under the impression they were coming monthly. They make it impossible to cancel, I tried emailing them and you cant do it on the website. You have to call and try to be convinced to stay and then told I have to pay another $200 to cancel. So I've paid over $1000, they would not refund the appointment that I canceled that I already paid for. And now I cant look back at our invoices because they didnt just cancel our services they deleted the entire account. I was told I was violating our agreement by canceling "so soon", I cant even read the agreement. We never got a deal, this whole thing was a scam. We didnt want it in the first place, were talked into it by some smooth talking guy that was "trying to help us out" by giving us a deal, and then never given that deal. Do not get this service, go with someone that isnt so desperate they go door to door, someone who lets you cancel online and someone who doesnt say you'll get a $60 deal for 6 months but then makes you pay $107

  We’ve had mostly good service however today was the 2nd time in recent services that our back gate was left open. We didn’t notice it wasn’t latched and our dog got out which led to searching for 15 minutes and a lot of worry.

  He covered all the things that needed to be done, but he was here, only sent me a text and was gone before we could talk about an issue that cropped up very recently. I sleep late. I'm supporting my inner night owl in retirement. I would have appreciated the technician to have reached out to make sure I didn't have an additional issue to cover. Thank you.

  We hired with Aptive for pest control and they’ve promptly shown up as scheduled. Their technicians are professional. Unfortunately their service has been ineffective at pest control on our property (box elder bugs and wasps). We attempted to cancel the service because of how ineffective and unnecessary their treatment is and they are charging a cancellation fee to do so. Its certainly our bad for not reading the fine print, but this is not a business I would recommend doing business with based on our experience.
