Pest control services are great and employees are professional and do a wonderful job. Customer service however gets 0 stars I been a long time multi year customer and recently had a medical diagnosis that requires surgery and aggressive treatments. Due to that I needed to cancel my services, services that weren’t apart of a contract as that had been fulfilled and I was month to month. Call them explain above and was placed on hold for 17mins then someone answered explained everything again placed on hold for 2mins then hung up on. Why is that a thing or a type of business practice is beyond me cause it’s not the first time I’ve had issues with this. Point is beware of who you choose and look before you sign cause something might be there that will make you think twice about signing. Best of luck and wishes to everyone.

Server wasp allergy and have been having a huge issue with wasps getting inside my house so I hired this company to come spray and make sure there was a way to prevent wasps, it last two days and my issue has now become worse, I have had called 8 times in three days, all “scheduled” appointments too help fix the wasp concern- were no shows with no communication at all and when I called just told they would forward it to a manager I’d highly recommend others for these services and I won’t be paying a dime or returning.

On 4/7 I had a technician at my home to remove some wasp nests out of a vent. In doing so he damaged my vent cover, lid and screen on the vent. I have been reaching out to Aptive since the incident & have been continually told that a local representative will reach out within 48 hours and that my issue has been “escalated”! I am extremely disappointed with this company. BEWARE BEFORE YOU HAVE APTIVE DO ANY PEST CONTROL AT YOUR HOME…. They take no responsibility when something goes amiss!!
Aptive denied my claim for repair of the damage that was done to my house!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… they do not stand behind their work when a job goes amiss!!!

Ty who came out did an excellent job. I will say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed that aptive doesn't do granuals anymore for ticks. We have a big tick issue and they have always helped. I'm not sure who made that decision to stop doing them but it was a horrible decision to do that to long standing customers with these issues.

I would give them a zero if possible. Signed up for a year of service. Bugs are worse than when they started. Was assured numerous times I didn’t have to cancel service after a year. Noticed someone electronically signed a contract for them to come out after the one year period and it wasn’t me. These people are crooks!!! DO NOT hire them!!!
