  Hired Steam Master for a long overdue cleaning of a pretty dirty cream velvet couch. Two friendly and professional technicians came and spent about two hours cleaning it. They managed to improve it far more than I anticipated which I was super happy about. I noticed after they left that although it was super clean, the stripes in the pile weren't going away (the tracks of the steam cleaner). I called to ask if I needed to vacuum them out and the owner came out himself, conditioned the couch and brushed them out for free. He was super friendly as well and answered all my rogue questions about caring for velvet. Highly recommend.

  We had water damage in our living room ceiling from a cracked shower pipe. The owner Mark communicated greatly with me and he was at my home in a matter of a day to dry out the water damage that occured. It was a pleasure to work with Mark.
