  I wish I could leave zero stars. I brought in a shelving unit for plexiglass shelves, was told I’d be called when done. Heard nothing, called myself 2 weeks later, was told it’s been ready, come and get it. Picked it up, took it home, unwrapped the shelves, 4 of 5 shelves didn’t fit. Called, was told to bring it back and it would be ready the next day. Got a call 2 days later, arrived at 3:58 pm, doors were locked, no answer when I called. The business had closed early on Friday. So, I made 4 trips out there and still don’t have my shelving unit. St. Germain’s didn’t verify their work, didn’t communicate well and closed early. Three strikes and you’re out.

  Counter person was very helpful. If you're bring in a broken window, remove the glass from the frame first. Saves money.
