- SSSarahJun 14, 20241.0I wish I could leave zero stars. I brought in a shelving unit for plexiglass shelves, was told I’d be called when done. Heard nothing, called myself 2 weeks later, was told it’s been ready, come and get it. Picked it up, took it home, unwrapped the shelves, 4 of 5 shelves didn’t fit. Called, was told to bring it back and it would be ready the next day. Got a call 2 days later, arrived at 3:58 pm, doors were locked, no answer when I called. The business had closed early on Friday. So, I made 4 trips out there and still don’t have my shelving unit. St. Germain’s didn’t verify their work, didn’t communicate well and closed early. Three strikes and you’re out.
