I have been a Platinum Pro for 2+ years now. There is a total lack of follow through with pretty much everything. I had switched all of my paint to Lowe's, and continued to NOT get constant product even in the same batch/order. Delivery is for flatbed great! Everything else such as appliances, etc. for delivery is absolutely terrible. Products may get delivered out of any store, so you never know what you are going to get. The new $2,000 to get VSP is ridiculous, and several other pro incentives have gone away. A year ago it would have been 5 Stars, the last year has really been a challenge for Lowe's to produce good service and it shows in the store traffic. I have spoken with Management on several occasions about paint coming out without pigment tint, missing and wrong items, etc. and not much has improved.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
