The staff is amazing, and out of all the storage places I’ve rented from before, this one is by far the best. It’s easy to access, always clean, and the climate-controlled units are a huge plus. Everyone I’ve encountered here over the years—both staff and other renters—has been very pleasant. Not once have I ever had a break-in or anything stolen. I truly feel safe storing my belongings here and have never had any worries. The only small suggestion I have would be having bathroom access after hours. It’s really not a big deal since there’s a gas station across the parking lot, and I understand why they don’t allow it—it would just be a bit more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility.
