The policies and service are down right atrocious with the employee and mysterious figure owner looping all responceability upon the customer becomeing lazy and complicit of greed at they just sit there and collect funds. No coperation from them if your behing on payment, and will harrass you daily via text calls and emails untill you visit their office. Blantant refusal of service untill bill is paid in full. No way to reach them via phone, only call to payment robot. Dosent follow their own hours Closes early leaving customers stranded. Broken and Outdated Equipment, front gate box dosnt work and degraded parking lot, hopefully they fix or improve something with all that money they got from me. Would highly reccomend against using this business.

All the manager said is we can raise the rent anytime , just read the fine print! It's true, you get what you pay for. The day I moved in she showed me my storage and it was dirty and all she said was you can come to the office and get a broom. Also the latches didn't engage so even after I put my lock on you could raise the door. There was always trucks or other cars parked so I couldn't get down to my storage. And lastly the manager was rude!
