Pricing was very fair compared to others we received quotes from. He was also helpful in giving advice on seed as we were starting a new lawn. Install was quick and easy and the system runs great- very customizable. The office staff was very responsive as well. Couldn't have asked for better.

She suspected the system wasn't operating correctly so she called the next day. They sent someone out promptly which was fine but charged $190 service fee for work the original guy didn't do. My mom called for clarification and was told she would have to talk to her boss. She hasn't heard back since. It's a good thing the 2nd guy got it figured out because who knows what the 3rd visit would have cost!! I recommend looking elsewhere for service.
