- SFSteve FusselmanFeb 7, 20261.0Neither key worked. Maybe because sharp edges remained after REPEATEDLY inserting/reinserting keys into wire brush or whatever is inside to manually smooth out the keys a little. Menards needs to replace whatever is beyond the hole. TOTAL waste of time.

It didn’t make sense but I was tired and wanted to get it done so I could take a family member to the hospital in the morning. It wasn’t after hours. Not a holiday. Not urgent. It was just a locked door. It took 5 minutes. $180!!!! If they just would have given me an estimate on the phone I would have saved them the trip and called around more. Shame on me. That won’t happen again. And not giving someone an estimate is just bad business.
