- AIAriel I5 days ago5.0I had a great experience with HOM Furniture in Brooklyn Center. This was my first time buying from a furniture store, and my experience was nothing but wonderful. Garrett helped me out and was very patient and gave me a lot of great options when I told him what I was looking for. We eventually came to one couch that was PERFECT for the movie/game room set up I had in mind. It was a special order product, so it took a few months for it to come in but the staff kept me up to date the whole time! The couch finally arrived in August 2025 and we got it set up and I just love it so much! We had an issue with the frame in Feb 2026, but HOM sent out a tech and fixed it under warranty and that was also a great experience. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for quality furniture and great service. I will buy again in the future will I need to update my furniture 😊

She was available every time I needed her instinctively seeing me look around for her and she would come and answer my questions and then she would go away again and let me just lay on the bed so I could experience what that bed was like. I wish all sales people were like her, not trying to shove something you don’t want or don’t need down your throat. In the end, I got the high end purple bed with the high-end base based on my decisions not on a sales persons pushiness. Do you need to make sure you keep her on your salesforce.

I came in looking for a specific office chair I had found online, I described the chair and he led me right to it, confirmed the sale price I had seen online and offered to bring it up front for me while I looked around the store. He gave me amole time to look around before he checked in and was incredibly friendly and courteous throughout the entire sales process. Would highly recommend shopping at this Hom furniture location.
