Moving items in and out is always seamless, the location is consistently clean, and there's a neighborly culture amongst renters that makes it easy to come back. I think I'm on 4 months now & I have 0 complaints!

From the very first interaction of having to clean a unit out she called me and introduced her self in such a positive and professional manner. She was confident, polite and made the entire process seamless for me in order to make a payment and allow time to process cleaning the unit out. She was flexible understanding but above all, friendly. Erika even though she is very busy with running the facility, took time to visit and share laughs with me. She checked in to make sure I was ok, if I needed help, the whole nine! I cannot wait to come back and visit again. The facility itself was immaculately clean and very well kept. It is the first storage facility I think of when needing to do business with!
