  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ James was amazing to work with from start to finish! He helped us choose the perfect fabric and color for our first couch, and really made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was patient, fun, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find what’s right for them, not just making a sale. We left feeling confident in our decision and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend working with James!

  Big store with plenty of space, and even with a large selection of furniture it never felt cramped like some furniture stores can. Great customer service, welcoming, available when needed, but not hovering or popping up out of nowhere. They gave us the space to browse comfortably, which made the experience so much better. The piece we wanted happened to be out of stock, but the visit was still pleasant overall, and we’ll definitely be back.

  We were very impressed with our delivery today. The guys were very friendly, delivery went smoothly. I really was pleased with the service offered to remove our old furniture and take it to be donated. The whole process was very professional and stress free. I highly recommend both services. Also our sales person was amazing! We had been to many furniture stores looking for a family room set. He was by far the most informative sales associate we had from all the places we looked. This is the third set of family room furniture we have bought from HOM over the last 30 years. We will be back and recommend HOM to our friends and family.

  Received a call and they could deliver early, which was awesome for my schedule. The guys were very polite and courteous brought blankets to cover the pathway and delivered seamlessly. They put felt pads underneath the furniture made sure I was happy, took a picture and took away all the scraps of packing, etc. was extremely happy with the whole process no issues. No scratches these guys do a great job.

  We had a lovely experience purchasing our mattress. Beth so incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful with finding us exactly what we needed! We also purchased a sectional sofa that day as well and our experience with that was wonderful. All the staff is so kind and helpful at Hom Bloomington
