  I hired Minuteman Movers to load a POD for a cross‑country move, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The movers did not wrap any of my furniture. When I questioned them, they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem as long as the POD was packed that same day. That turned out to be completely wrong. When the PODs were opened four months later, every single piece of furniture was damaged — every piece. To make matters worse, after the job was done, I needed a receipt for my employer, and it took weeks of texting and following up with the owner to finally get one. The whole process felt unprofessional and sketchy. I’ve worked with several moving companies during this relocation, and Minuteman Movers was the only one that gave me such an unreliable and frustrating experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Hello, I used this company for a move at the end of July 2025 from Brooklyn Park MN to Plymouth, MN. It was Rodney and I am so sorry I cannot remember the other guys name, they worked their tails off and had me loaded and unloaded in two hours time. I received a call from Craig the night before to verify everything was still going on and I let him know. Yes, they were a half hour late, but that is very forgivable and or under the three hours so all I had to pay with a 2 1/2 hour minimum. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  I finally got to unpack all my things I still had in my moving boxes. This company "Minute Men Mover's" stole a very very beautiful original and very old picture of Jesus on the Mount. This picture here doesn't even compare to my picture. They also stole my deep blue velvet King size comforter set. Both, GONE! That picture was the most beautiful picture of Jesus I've ever had. I feel like I should be talking to the BBB and Attorney General if they don't return my pic and comforter. Who knew these two nice HONEST men would steal from the people who trusted them. After all, they say they are fast and Honest and affordable. What a joke. Unreal!
