    I have been wanting a sactional for a decade. Some people are happy as can be with a basic couch that they'll enjoy for some time and then move on from, but that's not me. I like to move things around. I hate commitment to a certain style or aesthetic, and I change my mind a lot. Enter Lovesac. Is the process easy? If you're me? No. But the staff here are PHENOMENAL. It has been quite a process figuring out my perfect sactional, and they are super responsive, helpful, and go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible. Shout out to my new pen pal, Wendy, who has fielded a number of emails from me over the last month sorting out various orders and exchanges to get things just right. Is it cheap? NO. But compared to how much money I have spent trying to find the right furniture for oddly configured rooms, only to be disappointed when the furniture doesn't look right, last long, or feel comfortable, it is well worth it. I need furniture that works as hard as I do. These old bones need to be comfortable. A lot of things in life are gonna let you down, but your couch shouldn't be one of them. I want a couch I can sit on, lounge on, entertain friends and family, and if I'm lucky, die on (now that I've figured out that I like lovesoft filling). That's money well-spent.

    Very excited about our new sactional! The ordering process was super easy and Afton and Halsey were wonderful! Can’t wait to set up (and move around when we want to 😊) our new furniture!

    Extremely, almost unbelievably, nice staff. They were patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and really interested in understanding how their product could help us. It wasn't just boring sales people. They seem to believe in what they're selling, and think it can be the right fit for their prospective customers. People may think their furniture is expensive, but the warranty, replaceability, quality, and flexibility really puts them in the conversation with name brand options.
