Being able to go into the showroom and see the durability of the products in person was awesome to see as well. It was tough that it was appointment only, but they have quite a bit of availability during operating hours.

In all fairness, our friends already have a Sactional so I was pretty familiar with the couch and had a good idea of what I wanted before we got there, but it was nice to have them walk us through some of the different configurations that are possible with various number of seats/sides purchased. Have not received the actual couch yet so I can’t comment on the actual furniture at this point.
