  I highly recommend working with Maddie Gaida. She was engaged and thoughtful. Thanks to her, I was able to find everything I needed for my apartment in one visit at deeply discounted prices. She created a diagram with all the furniture to scale.

  Elizabeth was great to work with. She brought us to the exact style of dining table we were looking for. She helped us match colors with our flooring. I would definitely recommend working with her.

  We purchased a motion love seat from Dock 86. Andrew our salesperson was very helpful and friendly. He explained the delivery process and three year protection plus plan which we purchased. I give Andrew five stars !

  When my friend and l visited Hom Furniture to look for my bedroom set and dining table. Maddie assisted us to see the Furniture l saw online. I am not satisfied with the one l saw online. I believe Maddie might be assisting another customer and Joe took us to see the other option of bedroom set, and dining table. Joe was very helpful, he had a sense of humor that my friend Lynn and l was laughing. Joe showed us the good quality of Furniture l need. I had a bad experienced at Bob's Furniture that l end up returning the whole bedroom set on April 7th 2026. I just want to make sure that it won't happen again. Joe re-assure to let him know if there is something wrong with Furniture. Maddie told me as well that the staff who will deliver my furniture usually put a shoe cover before entering the house or apartment. Bob's delivery staff did not do that or removed their shoes and walking on my carpet in the bedroom with their wet shoes. Maddie and Joe offer us cookies and refreshment afterwards before leaving the store on March 31rst. Maddie gave me a quote as well of the furniture if l decide to buy them to let her know or Joe. One thing l like that Joe sent me an email to follow up with me about the furniture that l like. He also mentioned that he enjoyed our conversation with my friend Lynn. I thought he had a good customer service and Maddie that make us laugh while choosing my furniture. I decided to make a purchase on April 7th where Joe assisted me and finalized buying my furniture.
