She takes time to listen intently to know my concerns and makes clear what she will do to fix the problem. I had other errands to run, ended up running late and they re- opened after hours just to we could get our pants since we live so far away. Very much appreciated!

When I was asked to bring it to get altered I was fearful of how much it was going to cost since it was SO big on my daughter but that was the smallest size they could order for her. It had to be altered in numerous spots and fits my daughter PERFECTLY! Will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend!
