Seeking 2 8'-1x4 wood, site stated location: Back Wall bin 13. Bins were not specifically marked.
Asked the lone cashier if location was known, was told "I'm just a cashier, you can find someone on the floor to help you."
Found by myself. Searched for associate to assist with vertical saw cut, proceeded to Window department, paged associate. Associate that came paged overhead for assistance at saw. After 7 minutes of waiting for assistance, chose to just make my purchase and leave.

I absolutely love your store and your plant selection. I went in today to pick up some perlite and noticed you had a couple of new hanging pathos. I reached up to get one, and all of the water that was accumulated in the bottom of the pot from over watering went straight down the sleeve of my jacket, completely drenching me and my shirt. I have never been so frustrated with a garden center in my life.there is absolutely no reason plants can not be watered during the evening, where they get a chance to soak up the water and instead somebody over watered it and pretty much sent muddy dirty water all over my jacket and my shirt. If it was an old jacket and shirt, it wouldn't have bothered me, but I was literally getting ready to head to work. And also it's winter time, so going out into the cold when your drenched is definitely not pleasant.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had used this store almost every day for years. A couple months back a flooring employee decided to share one of my invoices with my customer who came in. That customer then called me and was upset because of what I charged them. I brought this up to leadership at the store and was told something would be done about it. Now this employee has been promoted to the Pro desk which is where I exclusively do my business as a business owner. I will not be back to this store or Lowes in general. They don’t care about any privacy laws.

I live an hour away. Ordered 7 items to be delivered. They delivered 1 item on the order, charged me $79 for the delivery and I now have to drive an hour to return this item and cancel the order. Customer service via phone could barely speak English but assured me and my client that ever would be delivered. After an email stating my order was ready for pick up I called the store. Customer service has no knowledge on how to service the customer. Called the store again and got nowhere..the woman I talked in the Blaine store was very unfriendly acting like it was my fault. Horrible experience.

Dont do business with Lowes...
They qouted me a for my flooring and then said they couldn't do it on the day of service because they didnt account for additional area. They said they would call me the next day, and the day after that and 1 week later no call, just an email saying thwy will call... no one called. Don't do business with Lowes.
