I deeply regret not reading the reviews before purchasing a washer and dryer from Lowe’s. My experience with the Blaine location has been a nightmare. Delivery was rescheduled four separate times; worse, my bank account was charged with every reschedule, resulting in overdraft issues and insufficient funds.
To make matters worse, one delivery was a complete no-show, and when the units finally arrived, they were damaged. Despite having already paid for installation, the store attempted to charge me again upon delivery. The paperwork was a mess due to constant 'order changes' on their end.
Customer service has been non-existent, offering only 'appeasement' after the damage was done rather than fixing the actual issues. If I weren't in desperate need of these appliances, I would cancel the order immediately. I will never shop at Lowe’s again and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Staff are friendly, the store is clean and well stocked without clutter, and it is competitively priced. It provides veteran parking and a military discount. Had an issue returning a mower blade that had been used for about 100 feet before the mower got scrapped, otherwise it's as close to a 5 star a big box store can get from me.

My experience with Lowe's management team and their 3rd party delivery company was very unprofessional. The delivery person failed to properly deliver the item I purchased and even made damages to my baseboard because he was too lazy to take off the doors of the refrigerator to begin with. The delivery guy even had the audacity to say, "Why did you order a refrigerator in the winter time and not wait until the summer time" and then proceed to suggested that I buy a smaller refrigerator. REALLY...well, to answer your question Mr. Delivery Guy...my refrigerator didn't give me a choice when it decided to go out right before Thanksgiving and no, I do not want a smaller refrigerator because the one I purchased is exactly the same size as the one I currently own. Why would I down size just because you refuse to remove the doors to make the delivery work. Additionally, Lowe's management team Justin and Jacob were no help. Jacob (all talk no action) failed to call me back like he PROMISED and Justin isn't worth talking to, he is really naive and mostly lost in the conversation. Then there's Ms. Sales Associate, with the biggest attitude not knowing any facts to the situation and demanding I come in to get a refund. Then when she finally decided to listen, she had to of felt pretty embarrassed. I got my refund, bought the same refrigerator at another store and it is due to be delivered next day unlike Lowes broken promises next day delivery service.

To Lowes Corporate, just an FYI, a lot of the Associate you are paying to work, stands around talking and seems like they are on a power trip and don't want to be bothered. I witnessed both time I was there. They gathered by the customer service area and there is about 4-5 associates at a time.
