- DLDenis LeivaFeb 23, 20263.0The store Lowe’s actually has good service the people are helpful maybe they don’t deserve 3 stars maybe 5 but when it comes to their protection plan don’t get it or shop somewhere else they will do anything to avoid coming to fix you appliances freeze the app have pll with very heavy accents assist you renew your receipt to use your protection plan when I have my receipt in hand my phone number registered the card that a paid with then they say will send a link wich never comes thru after spending thousands of dollars countless hrs to try to get my appliance fixed I realized that their mission is to avoid coming out as much as possible I even had a few of their guys hang up on me and said the call drop they just want you to give up to not file a claim so I will never ever buy appliances from here again the pll at the store are nice but if you pay for a protection plan your just wasting your money go to home depot instead

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
