Charles helped me with the move out process and he was great also. I moved because of the increase in the monthly rate. It was going from $72 to $122 (both prices included insurance). That was a huge jump in the rate. I was with Extra Space Storage in Grand Rapids for years, and at the Ypsilanti store for a little over a year. I just couldn't bring myself to pay the new rate. The staff is great, the monthly rate is not.
