- BBBob Butts3 days ago4.0Had a door we were looking for but it was damaged and didn't have another one in stock. Had to go to another lowes to get the door.
- RHRob HaskampApr 28, 20261.0I will never shop at this store again… I went to the Southgate store, which I prefer anyways, to buy the Kobalt 40v lawn mower and other lawn accessories… The Southgate store was sold out, and said woodhaven had 6… I asked to call and verify… They did… So I go to the store to see 0 on the shelf… I ask, said Southgate was sold out and called your store and verified you did in deed have the 6… I would not have wasted 40 minutes of my day, and was $10 in gas to drive 20 minutes each way out of my way to not get what I was told you had… Claim it was a Kobalt pulling them off the shelves at midnight last night…. Then WHY IS IT STILL ADVERTIZED… Floor model still there, with the SALE PRICE that is STILL ON SALE! Poor management, and customer service… I would have gave a 0 star if I had the option… If that was the case and it was Kobalt, then why would I be told from your store, whoever answered the phone, that YOU HAD THEM????

One time, an employee got mad at us because we dared assume he might know something about snowblowers because he worked in the department with the snowblowers. I had to teach an employee in the garden center about growing vegetables in Michigan in order the find close to what I needed. When I used to work retail, you used to have to learn some basic knowledge about your department area before being cleared to work on your own. Why not just order everything online if the employees have no idea what they’re selling?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
