They require 100% up front (not recommended with any contractor State of MI even issues a PSA) they added services not rendered. Its been 2 weeks and I have yet had a manager call me back even though Lowes promised 4 times they would.

And then also called for expert in the area for extra help when needed. Not like the other stores where you need to look for someone. Then once found they not the one and will take 10 or 15 min to find the person you would need. And thats if your lucky.
