Purchased peel and stick floor tiles online, when I picked up my order I was told whatever unused tiles you have bring them back for a return. Went in today, with the box, and the unused tiles, and a receipt and was told they aren’t able to be returned. I called customer service and was told it was the stores discretion. HMPH….its says unused merchandise is refundable, online and in the store! Last time shopping here!!!!

My refrigerator was failing and so I had to buy another. I went to 3 stores and ended up back at Lowes. My salesman's name was "Moose". One of the best salesmen I have ever had. Friendly, informative and helpful! The refrigerator was delivered one day later by two delivery men, Aaron and Ryan. Again they were kind and so helpful. So impressed and happy to have purchased from Lowes so I could cross paths with these 3 men.

The rudest employees work at this location! No one ever helps, yet not held responsible for their actions. They need a new store manager because apparently they allow these young staff to disrespect there customers. Lowes is to high class to have garbage service.
