His response time was fast, his communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and he took the time to explain everything in detail.   Huge shout-out to Vanguard Fire and Security! The scheduler Jonathan was an absolute lifesaver and somehow managed to squeeze me in during a serious time crunch. Not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also had that fun, easygoing “instant best friend” energy that made a stressful situation feel totally manageable. Michael, the technician who came out to complete the job was awesome as well!! Professional, efficient, and clearly knew his stuff. Vanguard is absolutely killing it in the customer service department with not one, but two amazing employees. Highly recommend!
