Not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also had that fun, easygoing “instant best friend” energy that made a stressful situation feel totally manageable. Michael, the technician who came out to complete the job was awesome as well!! Professional, efficient, and clearly knew his stuff. Vanguard is absolutely killing it in the customer service department with not one, but two amazing employees. Highly recommend!
