Although it was frustrating it was delayed a couple hours, but accidents happen, my husband was still able to fix our door same day! Thanks Lowe’s.

Phillip in appliances said they would absolutely call us. Delivery Drivers could not do the install stating they do not have correct equipment to do so. Called White lake location and spoke to Manager Justin who passed me onto customer care. They want to send somebody out tomorrow on Halloween. Why not send somebody today as we were promised they have everything they need to do the install. Totally inconvenient. Once gain Lowe’s consistent for over promising and under delivering. Returning both units immediately.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
