While the employees at the store are very helpful, the customer service people when you call can't seem to resolve a problem easily. There is a bad part in my purchase that wasn't discovered until after assembly and they can't just replace the part. I have to return the entire 140 lb console back to the store for replacement.

Bought over 4k with of appliance, and was super excited to get them delivered.
Unfortunately Lowes subs out their delivery to third parties who don't like to work. Within 5 minutes of arriving I have to send the delivery crew packing without getting my new appliances. They were rude and l complaining about having to bring the appliances in. I mean come on that is their job right?
Anyway buyer beware if you have to have stuff delivered as you never know who you'll get.
