  We had a service call from Bill and Rod’s. Amar was our technician.Amar was great! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing the part on our cooktop.

  I went to Bill &Rods to purchase a washer and dryer, and had the BEST experience, and customer service ever!!!! "Jason" is amazing, he went above and beyond to make this a very easy purchase everything went exactly as planned. I will always be a loyal customer.. Thank you Jason.

  Austin and Louie were great! They installed my new LG electric oven. They were very professional and personable with me. They answered my questions and especially those regarding the install. They’re the bomb!! Ken

  They show many grills on the website - have only a few there. We were told those advertised would take a VERY long time to get by the sales person. The sales person never let us know what that means or offered to order. We got instead " I can sell you this floor model tonight." ( No discount even ) It wasnt the 1 that caught our eye, it was $400 higher cost , we didnt want that 1, we would have waited. Why do they advertise what is not offered by staff to get? BTW- I CAN order napoleon grills on line and get in a couple/few weeks sent to my house or sooner.
