    I don't go to Lowes that often. Im Normally a HD guy. I decided to stop at the Westland Lowes today instead. I happened to run into the new store manager when asking where a few items were located. We all know how hard it can be to find help at store like these. This man's customer service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive, not only to my self, but the next guy he helped as well.

    Outrageously rude. The manager Briar Dalton Went out of his way to tell me he could override a return that was seven days past the 90 day policy date, but, “ he does not have a reason to” ?!?! Unbelievable! Not only deny a loyal customer, but to taunt me as well. And to flex his abuse of authority. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only logical explanation is discrimination. And when I pulled out my phone to take a video of what he was saying, he would not repeat that exact line. A coward who obviously abuses his authority. I will never return to Lowe’s to purchase anything after this. I cannot imagine somebody like this being in charge completely rude and unprofessional.

    I had a very bad experience with Lowe’s Westland, Michigan regarding a scheduled delivery. I waited at home all day on Saturday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM for the delivery. The delivery truck arrived and then left without making the delivery and without notifying us at all. No one knocked on the door, rang the bell, or attempted to speak with us. When I called customer service, I was told the delivery could not be completed due to “bad weather.” This explanation is unacceptable. It was a sunny Michigan day, and while there was some snow on the lawn, my driveway was completely clear and salted. I have home security camera footage and photos clearly showing this. Despite that, the delivery crew reportedly took photos of snow on the lawn as their justification. I contacted the Lowe’s hotline and the Westland store directly, but no resolution was offered. An entire day was wasted waiting, and the delivery crew’s handling of the situation was unprofessional and discourteous. At no point did they attempt to communicate or explain the issue. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. Unless this matter is properly addressed, I will no longer purchase from Lowe’s if delivery is involved. I expect better communication, accountability, and customer service.

    I haven't gone here often, as there are other big box stores near me, however, I had a customer service interaction with Jen and Isabell (spelling may be wrong, never saw their tag), that has turned me to a loyal customer. While trying to pickup an order, I realized it had actually gone to another store, Isabell went above and beyond in trying to get a resolution, as far as physically walking with me to where the item was in the store (this was all offered freely, and I never had asked). Unfortunately, the price was still not what I paid for, at this point, I was okay with giving up, however, Isabell went on to carry the product to the supervisor, Jen, to see what could be done. They ended up doing a price adjustment and cancelled my pickup order that was at the other store. The fact that I didn't ask or demand this level of service, and rather they just went out of their way to help me this much is incredible - will definitely go out of my way for this store from now on.
