- SLSamantha LittleJan 21, 20221.0Everything started off great when i rented our couch from arrons payments where once a month and only 137 dollars per month for 18 monthz or so they said they began to tac on huge fees after 1 late payment which was only a week late and after a year we where paying 300 plus dollars every two weeks which is ridiculous the couch is only valued at 2000 dollars we have paid well over 3000 in three years everytime we made a payment in store or over the phone they would save our cards information without permission and every week take 100 dollars out of our account without permission i have began to get a lawyer and will proceed to sue them for not only stealing money from us but also harrasing us every day they are open sometimes twice a day for payments that have been made and the couch that has been paid off for a hole year save your time money and mental state and dont get anything from arrons!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
