  Went in for a couch. We were greeted promptly by Corey McKinley, salesperson. From the start he was informative, yet non intrusive. Hands down one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Found a great couch for a great price. Will be back 😁

  Great experience for the second time with Gardner White on Dixie Hwy in Waterford. Our salesperson Chris was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. We were able to make purchase on Thursday and get delivery on Saturday morning. Delivery guys were great also. Fast and polite.

  Gardner-white is the absolute worse store to buy furniture,Junk. What a rip off. My husband and I purchased the Arlington sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman in May of 2024 within two weeks of purchase,cushions were malforming. Called Gardner-white wanted to reselect, Was told we could do that but needed to have a service man out to look at the problem first. Service man agreed with us that the cushions were horrible, he felt bad for us and couldn't believe they were only two weeks old. He said that Gardner-white will only replace cushions , he wished he could help us. We have contacted the ceo of the company and drove to the store in person several times. Our salesman Ron at the waterford store looked at pitures we took of two month old furniture now, and said it looked 20 years old. Service men have replaced cushions 3 times in a year and it would have been like six times if it didn't take so long to get them replaced. After last set of cushions we told them again we were done with this,that we want a replacement that this was so ridiculous, they said to bad again now your 1 year warranty is up, go through your extended warranty now. We called to speak to someone in that department and was told to bad again, our extended warranty that we were told covered the cushions did not cover cushions. So now here we are 2026 and furniture is so uncomfortable we can not sit on it because of the extremely horrible flattened out cushions. We are in our 60s my husband is on disability for multiple injurys and can't sit on this junk. We are on a fixed income and are still paying off $3000+ dollars for Junk. We shouldn't have to purchase more furniture, this is horrible business, horrible customer service, Gardner-white should be out of business. How can you treat your customers so badly? After all the loyalty and money spent by 30 + year customers.

  So far my experience with this location has been awful. I spent nearly $1,000 on a loveseat sofa located in the “clearance” section. I paid for delivery and setup installation as I have an injured back. Their technicians came out last night with a giant attitude because they hadn’t finished their shift by 8:30 that night. None of them considered wearing boot covers so my carpet was all soaking wet and filled with salt from the outside. They decided to package my couch with two Left side wings, so now I am in complete limbo with a halfway setup couch. I have not received any communication from this store, I even had to call them to set-up a parts exchange. I then called them at the end of the business day after being promised they would “call me right back with an update”. When I finally got through to customer service, I dealt with a lovely representative named Kathy. She greeted me with nothing but a condescending attitude defending their poor communication because “the girl was new and didn’t understand their process” to say the least, I am quite frustrated with my experience here at Gardner White and will be contemplating a return order if this doesn’t get straightened out immediately.
