They are great until you ask for an exchange. They will give you the runaround, lie to you, and tell you something different every time you talk you speak to someone, then charge you endless fees. Their communication is a nightmare, and most of them don’t even know their OWN policy. Buyer beware 🫣 make sure you read that fine print and ask all the right questions before you sign that paper. We’ve spent so much money here, and will never ever return.

We went to the Waterford Gardner White show room specifically because Bryan Blank has provided excellent service on many, many occasions. Today was no different. Store was clean, neat and our shopping trip was better than we expected. Bryan found a mattress that exactly suited our needs. (At a great price!) My husband is having surgery and needed a specific mattress. We had no worries because Bryan handled everything perfectly, as always. We will only come to this Gardner White and deal with Bryan for any of our furnishing needs. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

I purchased a sofa on Tuesday, and the delivery was supposed to be scheduled for Wednesday. We were told that we would receive confirmation and updates regarding the delivery date and time. However, we did not receive any delivery information on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Customer service was unable to resolve our issue in any way, and we were left without clear communication or support. The experience has been extremely disappointing.
The service was good only until the sale was completed. After the purchase, there was no follow-up or proper assistance. The salesperson who assisted us, Christopher, did not respond to our follow-up emails.
Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing anything from this brand again.

Perefect customer experience last night. Tis the Christmas Season and gifts are a part of the process. What better gift for couples to share than furniture!! We drifted in to our Waterford Gardner-White store on Dixie highway and were greeted at the door by exactly who we needed. Our Sales Representative, Jeffrey Johnson, is a Mattress Expert and a member of the Presidents Gold Club. It has been (too many) years since we shopped for mattresses and we present an interesting challange to be fitted as I am 6'5" and 310 pounds and my wife is a (very) petite 5'1" . Mr. Johnson provided us a comprehensive education on one of our most important purchases. He explained the recent technological improvements in mattress constuction and how each selection can add to, or detract from, a great nights sleep. He provided us with pillows (and sanitary pillow covers) and encouraged us to "try" many of the huge selection of mattresses they have on display. We experienced all types of surfaces, heights, flexibilities, and component strengths. He explained the different price points and what materials and construction methods determined pricing. We had over an hours time spent experiencing mattresses, asking questions and learning enough to feel we were ready to make a purchase decision. Mr. Jounson took us through the purchase process, explained their available credit options, the gift cards and pillows (or sheets) that were included in our purchase, and offered recomendations on how to extend the life of our new mattresses. The buying process was painless and the delivery, set up, and removal of old bedding was a no cost part of the sale. He explained their 6 months guarantee and assured us we would receive notification on our mattress delivery. The following day Mr. Johnson called and announced our mattresses will be delivered on the exact date promised. We look forward to receiving our new mattresses and will extend this review to inclued the delivery experience. We had previously purchased furniture at a, now, no longer in business, competitor. Our experience at Gardner-White will bring us back to them for our future furniture needs. Ask for Jeffrey Johnson, it was a positive purchasing experience!
Update:
Receifed a call from JeffreyJohnson informing me that he was able to arrange shipping to us a day earlier (as requested). We were notified by text message of the new arrangements and, on the day of delivery, we received a call telling us close to exactly the time our Mattresses would arrive. The delivery personnel arrived on time, took care of our home wearing protective shoe coverings, brought the new mattresses in, removed the old mattresses (placed them in the bags that the new mattresses arrived in) placed the new mattresses into position on our bed frames, and removed the old mattresses. They also delivered the complimentary pillows that had not been available in the store. I would judge this as a perfet butying process.

The 4 sets of delivery people were excellent! Why would one need 4 sets of delivery people? Buckle up... I do not recommend spending your money here.
We ordered a 3 piece sectional couch on 12/03. Delivery set for 12/05. It arrives and is plopped down in my garage by 2 amazing delivery people. Saturday we open the boxes, chaise is good... put it in the house. Middle part - good, put it in the house. The biggest part, frame is cracked horribly. Call Customer Service, apologies are given and we are told that someone has to come out to inspect the broken frame. Ok, cool. They come Tuesday... he says it's a super easy claim for him b/c it's very obviously cracked. I get a new couch on order to exchange.... that one comes and yet again, amazing delivery people. They open the box, and we see on the frame that a screw is sticking out the front of it and the wood is all splintered. Yep, that one goes back too. They said that I should talk to my sales rep because the exchange would happen quicker that way. Call the store and ask for good ol' Rocky. He must be pretty popular b/c he had to call me back after speaking to a manager and had customers he was currently working with. He called back more apologies, another couch ordered. I asked them to open the box and inspect it before delivery. He said they do that for every item... which so far 2 sets of delivery drivers stated they aren't allowed to open it if it's in a box. Anyway a few days later, a 3rd couch shows up. Again, GREAT DELIVERY DRIVERS... they unload the couch in the garage, open the box and yet the frame is broken on this one.
At this point, I want my money back or something because 3 couches broken is absolutely insane. Call Customer Service who states she will email Rocky and have him reach out to me and that there were no more couches available... that the warehouses were all empty of this couch. Great. Heard nothing from Rocky so I start texting and chatting with someone on their text line. She said they have a couch they can send me and that it would be there for delivery after 4p that day and she stated that she was emailing Rocky to reach out (this is a 2nd time). Now, the point in this is when I bought the couch, I was told by Rocky their "late" delivery is any time up until 8p. Cool...
I log in to the delivery area and don't see any deliveries coming to my house (you can track your delivery). At 401p, I get a text from GW stating my couch will be delivered between 11PM-2AM. ??? Um, no thank you. We called to speak to a manager and they hung up on us 4 times. Asked again and said we would hold b/c we were not going to get hung up on again. They stated their late delivery can be any time... which is not what Rocky stated when he was selling us the couch.
4th couch arrived. Again - great delivery drivers.
Point being is this... Gardner White has AMAZING delivery drivers. Their sales associate(s) can take integrity lessons from them. They want your money but they don't want you to be satisfied.
We will never shop at Gardner White again after this experience. Their refusal to address the issue, to avoid calls, and to not make this situation right is horrible. When you spend a lot of money on a couch, you hope they are above board but they aren't.
Wish I could give 0/5 stars but the delivery drivers were amazing - all 8 of them should be recognized.
Also - still never heard from Rocky... soooooo yeah.
