    We came in to buy a new mattress. The Sales Consultant Ron Torres made the process very easy and we were able to take advantage of their Black Friday promotion which saved us a lot of money and got us two free pillows. Looking forward to the free delivery and removal of our old mattress.

    Even though he had a lions jersey on my sales man was a pro u could tell. He knew the store and he suggested multiple products I was interested in around my price range and then also the chair of all chairs baby! Hidden cup holders and a remote to power it all. Thanks again I was literally just driving by and said u know what I need a chair and now we are also going to buy the whole set in addition to my purchase

    I called the first time, was transferred twice and spoke to Linda and explained that my husband named Ron had been talking to the salesperson named Ron and I am calling to pay for the chair. She asked if it was a web order. I said it was not and explained it to her a second time. She put me on hold and came back on the line and said Ron was not available. She offered to take my payment information and give to Ron. My husband asked me to call back and speak to Ron and provide him the delivery address. I was on the line 18 min and 43 seconds, transferred 7 times including being transferred to Ron in web sales. I was finally able to talk to Ron and he asked me for my payment information! What happened to the information I provided Linda??? How do I know Linda is not fraudulently using my card??? The over the phone purchase process was extremely poor. To said he would find Linda and destroy the payment information I provided. This should have been the easiest sale experience. We called you, with the chair we wanted and payment information.

    Ron was friendly, helpful and sensitive to our price point requirements. He helped us find what we needed in minutes, provided veteran discount and had us set up for delivery that evening. We will be back to see Gardener White and Ron for our future furniture needs. Thank you all!

    Salesman was great took us to the area we wanted to go to. Gave us information that was important too make our decision then left us alone to decide. Not hanging over us nor was he pressuring us. So thankfull that he did it that way. Seeing how I'm one that hates salemens over my shoulder all the time.
