  Sardelli Pools knows how to take care of business, quickly! A couple of years ago the Sardelli team refurbished our old 1970’s pool to new. Moreover, they finished the job in record time. Additionally, the Sardelli crew opened our pool within a couple of hours and it is already looking great!!

  It’s amazing that this place has been in business for as long as it has, but I can see by the old man’s attitude that it is time to say goodbye. He is scratchy and crabby, and no longer interested in proper customer service. You never know who your next customer could be when you are kind to them. This is a lesson for me to never ever ever use Sardelli pools even though they are right on the corner. My Beach entry pool money will go to someone else because of your attitude. Maybe it’s time for you to listen to everybody else. You’re ornery and you need to learn a few lessons, including the old lady who works in that store. Shame on you for letting her treat people like that and shame on you for your attitude and your festered personality. But have a nice day.

  Not pool related. Yesterday there was a huge fiasco picking up my grandson involving locked keys in a running car, driving his moms car to get my spare, running out of gas to get back to my car because her car was low on gas and I didn’t have access to money or phone because they were locked in my running car. Everything that could go wrong did! Anyhow, I ran out of gas and coasted thru the intersection at 13 mile and Van Dyke. Was able to get the car safely out of harms way. Thought about walking the mile and a half to my destination but had my 2 year old grandson with me. I saw Sardelli Pools on the corner and thought it looked like a nice family owned place. I’d try going in there to get warm and call for help. The lady (older, short brown hair) was so rude and uncaring. She allowed me to use the phone but not without accusing me of lying and insinuating that I was doing something sketchy. She even said “you’re out with your grandson and you have no phone or money for gas??”. By this time I was in tears. Needless to say, once I reached family to help, I promptly took my grandsons hand and waited in the cold for 15 minutes for our ride. Definitely not a great moment for humanity. 😞

  Been going to this place because its location is convenient for me but I will be going elsewhere. Mike Sardelli is disrespectful and rude to say the least. He over charges and talks to customers like they are roaches. It's a miracle this guy is still in business. Just take a quick read through all his reviews and dont make the same mistake we did! - he has low ratings from many other people and im not surprised. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

  Stopped in to get some advice on a new pool installation and chemicals. The older woman behind the desk was very pleasant. The man sitting at the desk by the window was very rude and seemed very put out by my request. It seems I was interrupting his candy crush game. I asked about getting costs for water delivery for a new pool set up, told him I was interested and he snapped at me and said why!?? He told me they would charge me $1000 to deliver water to my house. I had priced this previously and it was between three and $400 per delivery. Will not return to this business ever again. Completely rude customer service.
