    OK, let me just say, as someone who has anxiety issues, I despise going into a store with sales people. Always feeling pressured, and uncomfortable as they follow you around is one of the main reasons that I don't buy new furniture from actual furniture stores. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and said we were just browsing, and were pretty much left alone, which I appreciate. When we found something that peeked our interest, the same salesman showed up. He brought over another Salesman and explained he was better to help us in the needs of what we were looking for. That salesman, Abeer, was awesome from the get-go! He explained the features, even checked the concerns of the features on the sofa/theater couch. Needless to say, we bought the couch and added a recliner. He was personable, patient and thorough. Given our experience today, we more than likely will be back.

    Went to the store where we normally work with fate, she was off that day. A young guy named sani helped us out. Im really sorry to say but i had really bad experience with him. This guy is a scam, will never ever recommend any community member to go to him. We clearly stated that we are closing on a house soon and we were there to get an estimate so we can work out based on our budget. He made us open up an account and said until he puts everything in the computer he cannot give us any pricing. He added stuff in the order which we never asked for and charged $2000 in our finance account without even telling us. We only got to find that out when we got an email from synchrony.

    The last three times we have ordered products for our home the delivery team has let us know something is broken before even arriving and we are back to waiting days for what we ordered, not sure what happens from the warehouse to getting the product but this has become very frustrating waiting all day to be called at night and told we aren’t getting what we ordered! Hopefully a better process can be put in place.

    Nope, Not going to buy any furniture from them again. Bought a dining table delivered the same day, but Its an as is item. guess they gave us the model lol. Paid for something expensive yet disappointment is delivered to you. So never again. It even takes couple days for a technician to come check and change it. They love to make their customer wait when its easy for them to talk you out of buying their products. Well , never ever ever buying there again. That should be a no star for them.

    We were very anxious before going into the store not knowing what sales person was going to help us and what they were going to push on us and if they were going to listen to what we wanted! We were so happy that we got Sam when we entered. If we would have got anybody else we probably would have walked out without buying anything. Even though he said he usually only lets customers lay on three mattresses at most he let us lay on whatever ones we wanted to try out and dealt with us with patience when went back and forth between our top three mattresses to eliminate all of them except for the one that we were going to buy. He was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and what they were made of. He made the experience a hundred times better than what we expected it was going to be. Our mattress has been slept on for 3 months now and we love it!! We also bought a bedframe for our new mattress and we are living it!! Thank you so much Sam for your help in finding our the best bedset for us!!
