    Horrible Sales floor experience. I was looking to upgrade my spring mattress to a foam one. I found a mattress online. I wanted to know if the 2 free pillow deal applied and what delivery options were available so I called and I was connected to the web sales department. He took my card number, suggested checking out the mattress after work, and seal the deal at that time. He said I could cancel up until delivery. Once I go to the store, a 50-something dirty blonde woman on the salesfloor greeted me. I told her I had an online receipt and was here to check out the mattress I was buying. I asked her name (still friendly at this time), but she ignored me and kept walking. She kept telling me to go in different directions without her, so I was pretty confused. She eventually followed me back to the back of the store and said they don’t have the one I wanted but they have others that may work. I reaffirmed that I had a budget and I could only afford the one I picked out . She said the one I picked online had springs. It had no mention of that online and its the opposite of what web sales said. She showed me beds 5x over my price range and assured me I could put it on a GW credit card if paying today was an issue. The sales counter and the sales lady told me I could not cancel the spring bed from coming but could transfer to another purchase. (Even though they had nothing in stock that I could afford.) I could get the bed I don’t want delivered or go in debt over another model I also didn’t want. I told her multiple times I just wanted it cancelled. I was shaking with rage by time I was walking toward the exit, Sales lady still following me about my credit card options. I kept saying no I’m very upset and just want this cancelled. I got home and called Web sales back. Andrew, the guy I spoke with previously assured me the bed I had chosen initially was foam, not springs. I was so confused about what all the drama at the store was for. I told him I had locked my credit card, and told my husband to refuse any deliveries. Andrew was polite and apologetic over the incident but I would never return to this business after this encounter.

    AJ was super rude and pushy. We told him our price range and he showed us all the mattresses that were double the price we wanted to pay and tried to hide the prices of each one as we walked up to them. He then proceeded to be very rude when we told him we wanted to think more on it and pretty much implied that we couldn’t afford the monthly payments which was not true we just weren’t planning on spending that much on a mattress. He also lied and said that the sale going on was ending that day and it’s still going on right now as I have seen on their website.

    We've been dreading shopping for a new sofa but our hesitation was unwarranted. Our salesperson was pleasant, patient and helpful with no pressure. The "white glove" delivery was as promised as they removed the old sofa and brought in the new one. Receiving updates to their delivery was so helpful. I recommend Gardner White Furniture for excellent service and products!

    We had a great experience at Gardner White Furniture & Mattress Store. Abeer, the sales manager, helped us find the perfect sofa and made the entire process very smooth and stress-free. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend asking for Abeer!

    Fate was my sales woman. I walked in and instantly was greeted. Told Fate what I was there for. She advised where I needed to head in the shore. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. I know it’s a sales gig and I never once felt it was all about a sale. Fate gave me time to browse. Answered any questions I had. She was very patient, very knowledgeable and absolutely so sweet. So happy I chose Gardener white. Awesome deals and awesome quality.
