    I recently purchased a Temperpedic luxeadapt2 medium hybrid queen. I highly recommend Suzanne E. As your sales person. Ask for her at the 14 mile store. She is so well informed regarding Temperpedics. A friendly person, who was very helpful, and I tried many mattresses. A number one salesperson! I am in the process of getting use to my new matress. I love temperpedics. I also want to compliment the two delivery men. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. Thank you everyone.

    I had an awesome experience. I went to look at a bed I saw in the sales paper. Ms. Fate Zohra (sales lady), approached me. Made me feel like I was visiting a girlfriend. I told her I came to look not purchase. But, she changed my mind. Her calming spirit and extreme helpfulness made me want to seal the deal with her. I’m excited about the delivery of my purchase. Thank you Ms. Fate!

    I recently purchased a $5,000 sofa from Garden & White Furniture through sales rep Sam. During the purchase, he told us that since we didn’t take the protection plan, he would still give us one free leather cleaning kit as a courtesy. First, he said it would arrive with the couch, but it never did. When we went back to pick it up, he suddenly claimed he never said that. For me, it’s not about the $10 conditioner — if I can spend $5,000 on a sofa, I can easily buy a cleaning kit. It’s about trust and keeping your word. Customer service and honesty matter. What bothered me more is that another customer before me had the exact same issue with him. So it seems like this is a pattern. If you decide to purchase from Sam, make sure you get everything he promises upfront — don’t wait.

    No stars if I could. My wife and I essentially got taken for 3500. The display couch seemed nice but what we got was a never ending repair peoject untill we just got tired of it. Rude service from one tech and a warranty that punishes the buyer for exposing poorly built furniture. We ordered a four piece dual chaise sectional custom ordered in toast with an extended warranty. You name it we had an issue the seams were showing signs of stress on week two. Upon delivery one piece was broken and they repaired it, that piece later had issues with the bed ripping because of the springs were over compressing. Mind you I'm not overweight and neither is any of my family. The chaise backrest support let loose and caused you to slump in the chaise. Upon trying to get out of the chaise you had to push on the armrest to get out, it collapsed because only cardboard was supporting the fabric underneat. The tech told us that was the first inccident and there are only two incidents allowed under Gardner whites manufacturer's warranty. They werent able to tighten the fabric strap in the back while they said it was broken they replaced it but couldnt make it tighter because it would stress the fabric. In addition the chaise cusions were of different thicknesses and a line/seam was showing right down the middle of one of the cusions, the tech assured it was normal and not a seam, but it seemed like the fabric had a natural fold to it about 4 feet long. The furniture also left 12 black wood stains in our carpet. They sent someone out to spot the spots, but gardner white did nothing to prevent the feet from restaining my carpet. When I brought this up they said the feet would need to be replaced. I got a call with them wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace, I told them no. Also discovered this manufacturer was caught slipping tree limbs inside the furniture. Never will buy again, I threw the couch to the curb while it was still under it's useless extended warranty they pushed on us claiming it would be worth something, turns out everything is classified as normal wear. We replaced it with an Amazon couch for one third of the price and I swear the build quality and comfort is so much better, I'm not even joking.

    On Thursday, November 6, 2025 my daughter and I visited Garner White in Warren and was greeted by Mr. Zavier Robert’s with a welcoming smile and humble & warm inviting spirit. Our overall experience with Mr. Robert’s was extremely phenomenal. He was so compassionate, patient and humble with my concerns, questions & witty personality…,lol. We truly enjoyed our experience with and offered to treat him to a meal. He deserves a PAY raise & employee recognition because he extended overly customer service to my daughter & myself! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE MR. ZAVIER !!!!
