The tech arrived spun the drum and said and I quote "the bearings are bad you need new washer" no tools no investigating. I asked are you sure there is no fixing it, he said sure if you want to pay 2500-3000 for the repair you would be looking at 2 men for about 6 plus hours.... That will be 105.00 for the 2 minutes I was at your house... Complete scam.... I did some digging and found the following: "The national average cost to replace Samsung front-load washer bearings generally ranges from $150 to $600+, with most homeowners paying between $200 and $400 for parts and labor. The high cost is due to the intensive labor required to dismantle the unit, which can take 2–4 hours. Parts alone usually cost between $50 and $150, with labor making up the rest."
