Would not recommend! Called with the known problem and model number of the dryer but still have to pay a tech to come out and look at it. The cost was $500 to have front drum felt and rollers replaced.with labor.
Service call is only good for 30 days so of course the week after that the dryer was making an unbearable squeaking noise. Called customer service, spoke with a woman named Erica. She must be a relative of someone because this woman was rude. She sent the same tech to come fix a roller that already went bad and that cost another $150. No I’m sorry for the part going bad let us take care of this. Still labor and service call.charges. Unbelievably poor service, I would strongly recommend taking your business anywhere else.
