  Had these come out to fix our fridge. They changed the motherboard initially but it didn’t solve the problem. They came back out and promised the fridge was fine, if not, we were to call them within 30 days. Since then we have had varying results until it recently got worse. We called back only to have them tell us that our warranty expired a week ago and we would be charged again to get it fixed. Disappointed with the service.

  Very pleased with our service. - They got us on the schedule quickly - Ralph showed up on time and was courteous and knowledgeable - Problem was addressed quickly - They charged a fair price Thank you Doc’s will use you again in the future.

  Technician quoted 2 new fans needing to be replaced and gave price for install of 2 new fans. I called docs the following day to schedule repair and was told only one of the fans was quoted and they needed to get a price on the other one. I called again over two days later, and was told they still haven't gotten a price for one of the fans and would get back to me ASAP. It's been over a week since the initial diagnostic and I have heard nothing. Communication is important in business, and this business clearly falls short. I wasted $105 on a service call.

  Scheduled a service call for Samsung front load washer needing service. I suspected it would be the bearings due to the noise. The tech arrived spun the drum and said and I quote "the bearings are bad you need new washer" no tools no investigating. I asked are you sure there is no fixing it, he said sure if you want to pay 2500-3000 for the repair you would be looking at 2 men for about 6 plus hours.... That will be 105.00 for the 2 minutes I was at your house... Complete scam.... I did some digging and found the following: "The national average cost to replace Samsung front-load washer bearings generally ranges from $150 to $600+, with most homeowners paying between $200 and $400 for parts and labor. The high cost is due to the intensive labor required to dismantle the unit, which can take 2–4 hours. Parts alone usually cost between $50 and $150, with labor making up the rest."
