  I stopped into Lovesac just to explore, and ended up having a positive experience. I only purchased a Sac, but Austin treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I tested out the different sizes and deliberated. The whole visit felt relaxed and pressure‑free, which I really appreciated. I haven’t received my CitySac yet, but based on the in‑store experience alone, I’d absolutely recommend this location.

  I have moved across the country four times in the last decade and had to buy and sell my couch every single time. I came here and got amazing help from Elizabeth and Logan. They showed me how easily customizable their couches are and I have no doubt that any other moves I'll have in the future this couch can go along with me. They were incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the product and were very kind and charming. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a couch that you want, not just for your current home but for a long time to follow! I know I won't be regretting it.

  Terrible Service — False Promises and Zero Accountability The Lovesac Troy location made a clear promise that our couches would be delivered on December 13. That promise came directly from their sales associate, “Josh.” We repeatedly stressed that this date was critical because we were furnishing a new home. Based on that assurance, we placed the order and canceled our Lazy Boy purchase. December 13 came and went with no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever. We were only informed of the delay after we called the store ourselves, which is completely unacceptable after paying in full for an expensive order. What makes this worse is that the staff acted confused and unprepared when we called. My boyfriend had to explain the situation from the beginning, as if our order and delivery commitment were never tracked. This shows a total lack of organization, responsibility, and basic customer service. Selling premium furniture does not excuse lying about delivery dates or failing to notify customers when things go wrong. If you promise a date, you follow through—or you proactively communicate. Lovesac Troy did neither. This was a waste of our time, money, and trust. The staff appears untrained, careless, and uninterested once payment is collected. If you value reliability or honesty, do not trust delivery promises from this location. Lovesac Troy needs serious customer service retraining and management oversight. Until then, I would not recommend this store to anyone.
