- CCCrs1 day ago5.0I dont shop at hobby lobby much and it was my first time at this location but i will definitely be back! The store was clean well organized and the staff was kind. Their Christmas decorations are very cute and at a good price. I will be back soon to look at their other home decor. I typically shop at home goods etc but this place has more options and good prices.
- BRbecca rNov 12, 20251.0Currently standing in line fuming. I should’ve been on the road 15 minutes ago but instead I’m still standing here thanks to how poorly run this is. Everyone was standing in 1 line waiting for a register to open, until a girl comes and condescendingly yells how there’s “3 registers open people everyone can go to any!” making everyone look around and disperse, not knowing where to form lines in these cramped aisles. Now thanks to Miss Line Moderators poor instructions, I’m stuck behind people who were originally behind me and have way more stuff than I do, and I’m too worried about switching lines since everyone seems confused And now same line lady is asking my already overwhelmed cashier about garlands, while she is fumbling with huge armfuls of her own. Leave her alone so I can go, I only have 2 items and you messed up all the lines!!!! 😭😭 This location needs retraining ASAP

The associates on the floor do not engage with you but if you can get their attention they will answer questions but generally they walk fast and with their head down. Cashiers however were very pleasant. My biggest complaint were the restrooms. They were disgusting. They look like they hadn't been cleaned in s month. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn't been mopped in quite some time and the soap dispenser was empty. That is my only real complaint. O thereof is a beautiful store.
