    Absolutely terrible experience. I drove 60 minutes to pick up pillows that were listed online for 19.99. When I arrived at the store, I saw they had gone up in price 50% to 29.99. They would not honor the price listed online and were quite rude about the situation, acknowledging that the price had gone up overnight by ten dollars. Terrible encounter with the manager, Greg. He was rude and unprofessional, as if I personally offended him by asking about the price change. Will not go back, waste of time and gas.

    CHRISTINE AND ELIZABETH HAD TERRIBLE ATTITUDES THE ENTIRE TIME. CHRISTINE GOT SO MAD AT HER BOSS THAT IT LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS HAVING A FULL TEMPER TANTRUM — SLAMMING THINGS AROUND AND SHOVING A CART SO HARD IT HIT THE WALL. THE WHOLE STORE FELT OUT OF CONTROL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IN AND FIRE THEM ASAP. I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

    I’ve never dealt with a store as unprofessional as At Home. Christine and Elizabeth were unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. I honestly have never met people with worse attitudes in customer service. Christine even put her hands on one of my friends — completely out of line and unacceptable. The way they talked to us, ignored us, and acted like we were a problem for even being there was crazy. I left shocked, uncomfortable, and honestly disgusted. I would not recommend this location to anybody. They need real training and real consequences for how they treat people Clayton is the only reason I didn’t walk out with a worse experience. He was respectful, kind, and actually cared about helping us. He listened, solved the issue fast, and treated us like real customers, not problems. You can tell he takes pride in his job and knows how to talk to people. Clayton deserves a raise and some recognition, because he’s the best person working in that store by far. If you go to At Home, ask for Clayton — he’ll actually take care of you.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
