We called three times to do so and they had us email someone. Nothing back and completely ghosted. Nothing worse than feeling like someone doesn’t want your business. It was a waste of our time. *update* poolside has reached out and promptly provided a quote and apologize for the issue. Raising my star review. Thank you!
- CCCynthia ChartrandAug 19, 20252.0Sorry I cannot give a better review here. I purchased a home with an existing pool. The experience I've had with Poolside has been very very frustrating. Many of my phone calls asking for someone to come out has taken days. The pool has turned green with advice to turn off the unit. I waited weeks and weeks to have a chlorinator installed. They did not put the drain on the bottom when I first opened the pool as we had to drain it and refill it the drain did not get put in until the beginning of August they had taken it off end of May. Just one example of many frustrating times. I've had to change companies and I hope my new pool company will give me better service.
