My wife purchased a washer for her salon. It arrived and the drain hose leaked slightly. I attempted to refit the hose, but there were gouges in the fitting. Lowe’s wouldn’t return it or fix it because it was beyond their TWO DAY return policy. The customer service team gave us the runaround for two weeks, eventually sending out a delivery driver that offered to return it, but wasn’t allowed by the manager. Overall, the entire experience was unimpressive.
The reply they gave after this review, to call customer service, was kind but I had already reached out to them, the store manager and the manufacturer. None offered any solution.
