Needed help with a project and a Gal in Flooring...well...she went out of her way to help me!!! She was an ABSOLUTE AMBASSADOR to the Lowes Brand!!!! Her name was AUTUMN LNU....(LNU= Last Name Unknown....but as far as her knowledge base...Autumn was Spot On....sadly Lowes minimum order for specialty sanvded caulk was 4 tubes....I will keep hunting!! We bought a fridge, delivered July 24. By the end of August, it was making a loud noise, like the fan was working in overdrive, and we called to have it looked at. It was under warranty, of course, and we had to wait over 3 weeks for our appointment. In that time, the fridge just died - started beeping every 30 seconds saying “high temperature,” so we had to unplug it and take everything out. We have been without a fridge for a whole month now, and have two technicians come out to tell us it’s broken. The part is back ordered with no ETA. Lowe’s hasn’t done anything to help. We have a family of 6 and I don’t know when this will be resolved. I would be happy with a straight exchange/replacement - I just want a fridge! At this point we are considering taking the loss and buying a fridge from Max’s, the local appliance store. We are never buying an appliance from Lowe’s again, and I highly advise against appliances from here because there is nothing they can do to give a refund or exchange.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
