    My wife purchased a washer for her salon. It arrived and the drain hose leaked slightly. I attempted to refit the hose, but there were gouges in the fitting. Lowe’s wouldn’t return it or fix it because it was beyond their TWO DAY return policy. The customer service team gave us the runaround for two weeks, eventually sending out a delivery driver that offered to return it, but wasn’t allowed by the manager. Overall, the entire experience was unimpressive. The reply they gave after this review, to call customer service, was kind but I had already reached out to them, the store manager and the manufacturer. None offered any solution.

    Wont go here again. Terrible follow up to a piece of junk GE dishwasher i bought there, paid to install. The installer showed up and said he could not install, needed pipes for drain. He was not a plumber and could not cut and install pipes, just plug in...., i could have done that myself! I paid a plumber to install but it gives error code, bad control board. Lowes said not their problem, call GE. Called GE they said call Bodewell, set up 2 appointments, stayed home, no one showed, no one called back when i complained. Went to store, salesperson said Manager was busy, so left phone number and name, he could not be bothered to call back either

    Worst in store and customer service experience i have ever had. My son got a Christmas gift but a size to big and in store they wanted to take my item with the receipt and only give store credit and not let us even exchange the item or get it for the price it was bought. Caller corporate and they told me i had to go to the original store with the buyer but thats there policy. I said the original buyer lives in North Carolina and so how was that gonna happen yet i had the original receipt. Never will i shop here for anything and i will let everyone i know the same.

    I ordered carpet through Lowe’s and paid upfront for the installation service. It has been 3 weeks now and no communication on when the installation is supposed to take place. The company that Lowe’s subcontracts through apparently doesn’t know how to answer any sort of communication. At this point I have no clue when my install is supposed to happen and neither does Lowe’s.
