I have a beautiful, comfortable rocking chair and a couch. 2 new whirlpool washer and dryer as well. They are very helpful, persistent đ I paid off a computer years ago with them and for months they sent me mail, called me and would try and get me to rent more things. Business is business and loyalty is a true thing. They have a program to fix the things you rent from them while under contract still. So if something gets damaged while you are renting with them. - ZJZoe JohnsonFeb 21, 20261.0Called in to ask if they accept a lease as a proof of residency and the man in store asked me questions, when i would respond he would cut me off and three minutes into the call he hung up on me and told me to find a different store. I was told by a regional manager in my area to go in store and i wonât be retaliated against. I went in store with everything in hand and he started with âi belive we spoke earlier on the phone and couldnât finish our conversationâ i stated he hung up on me. he told me due to the way i communicate aaronâs will not work with me. i have actively communicated with his company almost everyday for two weeks over this stores treatment. told me he took my call, then told me his regional manager told him to hang up on me, then back tracked and said he didnât take the call. He then called me sir when iâm a biological female?? Donât shop here. Absolutely horrific, my grandmother who was with me has never been so horrified by customer service treatment.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
