  Stopped by Gardner White Furniture & Mattress Store just to “look”… left planning a whole new living room like I’ve got a trust fund hiding somewhere. Sat on one couch and instantly started hating everything I own. Prices hit and brought me right back to reality. Then the real thrill kicks in.. pulling out and remembering that cop speed trapping right outside. Nothing like clutching your fake receipt and your dignity while driving extra careful. Overall: 10/10 experience, furniture’s nice and the reality check is included. Would be nice to actually spend money here instead of leaving my empty handed knowing I’m going to be given a ticket soon as I pull out of the parking lot.

  If I could I would do 0 stars!!! I had a warranty exchange for couches that they couldn’t fix because out of stock, I paid out of pocket the differences for new couches and was told it will be delivered today 4/26, I took off work and made arrangements to be home. They come earlier in the day to drop off couches but refused to drop it off because they didn’t have in system about pickup of old couches, they told me I have to pay for that service even though it was the old couches from warranty, and they left without dropping off my new couches, I called and got a lady to get them to come back later on I waited until 9 pm and they refused to drop off my couches AGAIN due to a table they refused to pick up from over a month ago, I asked to speak to manager and Jaylen refused to give me my furniture because of a dining table over a month ago that they refused to pick up when they was here a month ago to exchange. This is not my fault one they messed up and didn’t want to pickup the exchange dining table when I repeatedly told them this is a warranty exchange, two the didn’t bring this up when they came earlier but second time they wanna bring it up and ask for the dining table when they are here for couches a total different claim!!! I made a police report! This is absolutely ridiculous and fraud! Keeping my couches and money!!

  Our salesman was very good and answered all my questions. I liked that he didn't hoover and let me try different recliners. We ended up purchasing a nice Lazy Boy recliner. Can't wait until it arrives.

  I came into the Taylor store to try to order 2 Glacier mattress's at the customer service counter only. Without being harassed by sales people. The Canton store's sales team, Clint Shirlin & Sam Baiz were rude and disrespectful, I canceled that order. I tried to order online to avoid salespeople. That didn't work because Saso Dimitrieski hijacked my online order, created one with his name on it. He changed the order number and my order itself so he could get a commission. He added white glove service and a Sunday delivery, door step is what I wanted and the ability to schedule the date and time. The Twin XL was on back order, there was no rush to get the queen until the Twin was available. He pestered me continually on 3.27 by phone and email. I canceled that $2800.00 order immediately. A guy by the name of Brian at the Wareen store told me that I had to discuss my order with a salesperson, which is a total lie. So coming into the Taylor store was a very good experience after work today. I was pleasantly greeted at the customer service counter by Brian Paul & Franchesque Gomez, both were very polite and professional. They re-created my online order. We completed the transaction and the door step delivery will happen this Friday. The delivery hour window could use some reworking though. 8:00 am to 11:PM is ridiculous.
