The selection was great, and we were able to try out plenty of different product lines before narrowing it down to one that we really liked (the James series). Our sales associate, Laura, was extremely helpful with getting us dimensions of certain pieces to help us decide, and she never tried to push anything on us that we didn’t want. This was our second time buying furniture from this location, and both times have been great. They were also able to get our furniture delivered in just a few days, so we already have it in our new basement and absolutely love it!

Me and my wife had to move all the furniture and clean for 3 plus hours and floors are still salty. They also pushed heavy boxes across my new epoxy shiny garage floor. All boxes as nothing was prepped or inspected. They also forgot to deliver the recliner and I had to reschedule 2 weeks later. I notified the store of the damage and was told they would handle the issue that I wouldn't have to call anyone. The floor is scratched to hell and no contact 3 weeks out now. Really feeling like they take care until you pay and they they just dont care. If you can pick up your own furniture I would do so because the delivery service has ruined the entire experience.
