At first Kamil couldn’t find one in the same color as the fabric/color had been discontinued about 10 months ago. He went to his computer and was quickly able to locate a recliner in the EXACT same color, just a slightly different chair, in Columbus, Ohio! This is several hundred miles away!!!. We could not tell the difference between the two chairs. Tim and I are extremely happy with the quality of our first chair and even more so with the service Kamil provided! Thank you very much!

Even the other salesman that works there went out his way to make sure we had whatever we needed.
