They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in the La-Z-Boy products. I was even offered a bottle of water. I have been purchasing La-Z-Boy furniture for a lot of years. I love their "big men's recliners" and now I need a "big men's lift recliner" it is very comfortable and I love the heat & message features. The material is beautiful. It looks like suede, but it's actually a polyester material in a real pretty gray, and very soft to the touch. It will be delivered on Tuesday, and I can't wait to get it, I'm so excited!
